Jacqui Jolmes has 10 years experience of creating training solutions, developing and delivering training or coaching solutions. She is also responsible for delivering training and coaching solutions in the area of sales performance, negotiations, business and commercial awareness, effective recruitment, effective communication and creative problem solving. Much of her training and coaching is underpinned by the latest thinking on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP.) Jacqui’s clients include Lisburn City Council, Department for Employment and Learning, BT and Invest NI.
Stuart has been fortunate enough to live and work in a variety of countries and business environments. He has led teams in front line commercial roles and as a service provider worked with senior managers to develop individual and organisational capabilities. He has worked for 10 years with British Airways as a commercial and operational manager, British Gas as an L&D Manager as well as a Management Consultant for over 10 years. During the last few years Stuart has been fascinated by developing high performance and has created a series of leadership programmes that focus on creating autonomous learners who own and develop their own performance. He has designed, delivered and evaluated training workshops, assessed on assessment and development centres, facilitated senior management strategy days and team development days. He has been an effective business coach for the last 15 years and is a certified as a cognitive behavioural coach.
Jeremy has 10 years’ experience developing and delivering high quality training and change management solutions to a range of public and private sector clients across the UK, Africa and Australia, in addition to more than 20 years senior management experience (to MD/CEO level). He has an excellent track record of delivering leadership and management development programmes at all levels, ranging from Board level to front-line supervisory staff. His outstanding people skills mean that he consistently and easily wins hearts and minds, enabling quick and effective people development. Organisations with whom Jeremy has designed and delivered training solutions include Centro (West Midlands Public Transport Executive), Shropshire Council, Indesit/Hotpoint, Mouchel, Bible Society, Cheshire Constabulary, Salvage & Marine Operations (MOD), Owen Williams, Baxter Healthcare – Europe.
