1st Line Support

1st Line Support - Public Sector - Microsoft - Inside IR35

Our public sector client is looking for a 1st Line Support to start as soon as possible on a contract basis until 28/09/2018.

The online support team is the first point of contact for all members of the organisation, with regards to IT issues.

The team are responsible for taking all initial calls and attempting to fix within the team.
Working on incidents logged via the portal, as well as tasks to add software, amend shared mailboxes etc.

Our average first time fix rate is around 70% which shows a certain level of technical knowledge is needed.

Fixes can range from taking 5 minutes to 5 days and so ownership of the incident is essential to ensure SLAs are hit.

Skills Required:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • 1st Line Support Experience
  • MS Packages Knowledge
  • Interest in IT
  • Ability to work on own initiative



Desirable:

  • ITIL Foundation
  • Knowledge of Public Sector
  • Office 365 experience
