Job Description

1st/2nd Line Support

Contract. Leeds. £18-£20 Per hour. 3 Months initially. Public Sector

First/second line support staff required to work in a small dynamic team in Leeds.

Skills required

  • Minimum 3 years Call Centre/Service Desk operator experience in a large organisation.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service via the phone and using remote technologies.
  • Minimum 3 years Active Directory administration experience.
  • Minimum 3 years Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013 and M.S Exchange 2010 experience
  • Minimum 3 years Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 Desktop support experience.
  • Good application knowledge in the use of: Office 2010\2013, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, covering Office versions 2003 - 2010.
  • Ability to use scripts, knowledge and personal skills to resolve incidents at 1st line.
  • Ability to accurately record and log calls paying attention to call quality and detail
  • Ability to handle and progress support requests within agreed SLA timescales.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
