Admin Assistant / Reception - 2 months - Edinburgh

Our education client in Edinburgh requires and admin assistant for an initial 2 months contract. They are looking for someone week 8th January.

You will be required to provide admin support to various departments in the organisation and cover reception duties.

Essential Skills -

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Experience of data input and exporting
  • Secretarial skills
  • Experience of mail merge
  • Front of house / Reception experience

Desirable skills -

  • Social media experience for business / marketing purposes
  • Active PVG membership
