Business Change Manager - Finance Reading (Or Dublin) Retail - £525pday

Working for the leading European retail organisation, we are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager, who has a finance background with experience in change management and project delivery.

Your role be to:

  • Takes the Change Management Strategy for the Programme and converts it into robust detailed plans for the function which are integrated into the overall Programme activities and milestones.
  • Manage the execution of the Stakeholder Plan to ensure that key functional stakeholders have the right amount of information at the right time and are influenced to make an effective contribution to the Programme as required.

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Change Management role with a passion for retail and acting as a change agent for finance
  • Good understanding of the core business processes within a retail finance function for order to receipt processes and receipt to sell how they interact with other functions
  • Ideally has significant systems implementation experience which involved software, technology, and process changes or extensive knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools combined with practical experience of using them in significant change situations. Familiarity with project management approaches, lifecycles and tools, highly desirable.
  • Outstanding relationship building and presentation skills
  • Track record of a successful delivery under tight timelines
