Business Development Manager

This Business Services company is looking for a Business Development Manager with proven Recruitment, Field Sales or Business Development Experience.

You need to be Personable, adaptable, organised and self-motivated

Results oriented and you must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

You will be able to build rapport and have experience of developing client relationships via "face to face" interaction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify contacts at all levels - Director/C-level through to Management and Support level
  • Attend meetings with potential clients, present and gain commitment
  • Once won, further develop the relationship to generate repeat business
  • Working closely with an office-based partner, the BDM will attend meetings with potential new clients, to ensure maximum market awareness to maximise ongoing business
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs

You will need to be able to drive and have your own vehicle- generous fuel expenses paid
