North West

In the role of a Change and Communications Manager you will take the on all Change Management projects to ensure that changes associated with all projects are managed, understood and delivered without a negative impact on the business.

Change and Transformation Manager

As a Change and Transformation Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Integration of Change and Communications Management of overall project and governance and planning
  • Development of Senior Stakeholder planning and mapping to create a shared need and mobilise commitment
  • Development of all Change and Communications strategy
  • Be responsible for ensuring there is no negative business impact resulting from project implementation
  • Process development to ensure required by-in from all stakeholder groups
  • Ensure that the business is supported throughout the change by developing Business and User Readiness Checklists
  • Take the lead on training Change Managers and Service Delivery Managers on the Change methodology, tools and techniques.

Essential Skills, Experience and Knowledge Required;

  • Strong understanding, knowledge and experience in Change Management
  • Develop cross functional working relationships at all levels within organisations
  • Large transformation projects
  • Work with both remote and virtual teams across the organisation
  • Mentoring and training
  • Develop Change Management methodology and templates
