Fixed Term Contract- 8-12 months
- Shaping the commercial strategy for a large procurement project
- Creation of key supplier facing documentation
- Draft and maintain the commercial schedules of the contract during the procurement process
- Prepare documentation and support commercial negotiations with suppliers during contract negotiations
- Specify and support the creation of a variety of commercial models e.g. bid evaluation, pricing models etc.
You will have:
- Knowledge & expertise in commercial negotiation of contracts over £10million
- Good understanding of contract law in relation to provision of BPO and IT services.
- Good understanding of how contractual arrangements fit with operational reality
- Demonstrable experience of the commercials of large-scale outsourcing project with a business services or IT focus.
- Analytical and fast thinking with the ability to come up with creative solutions to commercial problems
- Excellent commercial writing skills
