Job Description

My Client based in Hampshire are looking for an experienced CRM Developer to assist in the delivery of a major digital transformation programme.

You will be developing functionality and business workflows within MS Dynamics CRM - implement processes and help resolve issues that have been raised in the defect management tool.

You should be able to demonstrate specific examples of good interpersonal skills, be a team player, have excellent interpretation and definition capability as well as experienced working in an agile environment and bring part of Scrum Team. As a developer we need you demonstrate proven experience of developing quality software and test-driven development.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Develop solutions to meet the needs of our customers and the business based on user stories
  • Estimating User Stories
  • Recording work progress daily against development tasks
  • Work in accordance with the Agile Software Development Framework
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision within a fast paced and time pressured environment
  • To attend and contribute to all Scrum ceremonies
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Ensure all documentation associated with a user story is completed in a timely manner
  • Responding to any business-critical issues and be prepared to work flexible hours from time to time to ensure the provision of a comprehensive systems and user support services
  • Perform root cause analysis for production issues and work with the Lead Developer to propose appropriate solutions
  • Monitor and respond to any system alerts and further develop monitoring to proactively identify critical issues and trouble shoot
  • Carry out any corrective data or housekeeping activities and improve procedures as and when required
  • Use Source control solutions
  • Use up-to-date, modern and efficient techniques and technologies that can be reused and shared with their developer community
  • Adapt to rapidly changing technology and business needs
  • Build prototypes and proof of concepts, including relevant documentation
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders
  • Explain complex technology terms to non-technical stakeholders
  • To work within the companies Group IT Security and Data Protection policies
  • Contribute to improving individual knowledge and team performance to build a high performing team

Knowledge Skills & Experience Requirements - Technical:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM development experience - 5+ years
  • Experience of integrating Dynamics CRM with 3rd party systems
  • Experience of developing custom workflows, plugins, JavaScript
  • Advanced Dynamics CRM Administration capabilities - Workflows, BPF's
  • Experience of working with Dynamics SDK and WebAPI, FetchXML
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2016+ online and premises
  • Ability to implement CI/CD in relation to Dynamics CRM
  • Knowledge of 3rd party integration tools such as Scribe and/or Kingsway Soft
  • Scrum Framework/Agile Software Development knowledge and experience
