The role:


This position would suit an individual who is passionate about supporting customers, tech and enjoys problem solving. You will also keen understanding of apps and mobile technology. Full training on all in house software will be given

  • Handle daily enquiries by phone, email and online chat
  • Manage Quality assurance for the inhouse Level 1 and leave 2 team
  • Ensure that customers remain satisfied and process any improvement support.
  • Gather and share customer feedback with product teams
  • Support customer complete the onboarding process



Required Skills:

  • To use your passion for technology to get to the heart of the customer needs, to provide the correct solution for their needs.
  • Experience in building strong and long customers relationships
  • Keen consumer knowledge of mobile and apps technology.
