Job Description

Customer Service Adviser - Edinburgh - 3 months

Our Edinburgh based public sector client has fantastic opportunities available for experienced and skilled Customer Service Officers for an initial 3 month contract.

You will be required to provide front line support between external and internal users, managing the incoming incidents for the service and ensure issues are identified and escalated to the appropriate team.

Essential skills -

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer complaints
  • Competent with excel, word, outlook
  • Team player, willing to work collaboratively with colleagues to address challenging issues
  • Organised and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workloads
  • Problem solving skills
