Digital Customer Experience Manager

£45-55k per annum

This growing organisation have created a new role to help them ensure that their digital journey is the best in the market for their users and customers.

You will:

  • Provide customer and market insight, providing an evidence base to inform on proposition development and then support the A/B testing of new elements
  • Do the detailed design for product changes and ensure they are delivered as specified and contracted
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events - producing collateral in house or working with agencies
  • Implement improved digital technology and tools
  • Lead projects to define behavioural changes and implement the agreed proposition.
  • Evolve the use of behavioural studies and data and initiate strategies to communicate to our customers using digital channels.
  • Develop high quality briefs and implement and review
  • Create and deliver clear, concise and targeted briefs for internal and external teams and agencies
  • Track. monitor and report results on all activities.
  • Manage budgets as and when required
