Our public sector client is looking for a Finance Business Partner based in Edinburgh on a permanent basis.

Essential Skills:

  • CCAB Accountancy qualification (or recognised international equivalent)
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience of budget monitoring, financial forecasting and control
  • Experience in the design and evaluation of business/management processes and systems
  • Significant experience of successfully managing relationships, staff and teams
  • Experience in deploying improvement methodologies to develop services
  • Significant experience of successfully managing relationships, staff and teams
  • Experience of strategic planning, operational planning, policy development and implementation
  • Significant experience in managing service delivery, managing the challenges and opportunities associated with delivering activities across a range of programmes
  • Experience in deploying improvement methodologies to develop services
  • Experience in writing complex reports for a diverse audience including instances whereby interpretation of related policies is required
  • Significant experience of managing large and complex projects
