Job Description

Helpdesk support / 1st Line support / Support Desk / Start-up / Manchester

Work within a company who are investing into growth and have hired a couple of senior team members to drive the delivery and product development. They are just over 5 years old and are taking their company into the next phase of its development.

They are looking to move into Agile and have a lot of exciting projects on the horizon.

The Role:

This role suits someone who has experience within 1st Line support or similar, previously and is keen to pursue a career within support. You will be the first port of call regarding support, you will resolve minor issues and escalate those more complex on to 2nd and 3rd line support as and when required.

You will be a self-starter who excels in a busy environment and is looking to gain a wide breadth of knowledge, then this is the position for you.


You will have a years' experience or more, working on a support desk, ideally within 1st Line. You will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work in a fast-paced tech focused company.
