Help Desk Managers/Managed Service Provider/ MSP/ Microsoft/ VMware/ tickets/ implementation/customer service
My client is an award-winning IT Support provider based in Manchester. Who help companies choose and implement technology's, to help grow their business.
As they have just moved into a stunning new office, and now looking to add a Help Desk Manager to their already friendly team.
You must be technically minded with experience working with Microsoft, VMware within a Managed service management background.
Communication is also key, as they pride themselves on being geeky while on the same level as their clients. My client is looking for someone who is outgoing and can motivate and inspire the team.
You will be managing a team of 7 people, which will include customer care, ticket management, implementation and ensure all process are carried out correctly.
Salary up to 30k for the correct person
