HR Manager - Reward / Employee Relations / Policy - 12 months - Edinburgh - £185 - £224 per day
Our public sector client is looking for an HR Manager to join their team on a 12 month contract. This role will be part of a team that is responsible for developing and reviewing policies and procedures, developing and delivering the ER strategy, and providing advice and managing FOI responses.
- Experienced HR professional (CIPD qualified or equivalent)
- Knowledge of employment law and practice including terms and conditions and contract and experience of handling TUPE / COSOP transfers
- Understanding of FOI and data protection
- Experience of interrogation and analysis of information to inform policy development and make sound decisions.
- Competent and confident in the use of IT Packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and electronic records management systems
