HR Strategic Partner - Reward and Recognition - Permanent - Edinburgh - £35,000 - £42,000 per annum

Our client is looking to have an HR Strategic Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will ensure that the organisation is able to attract, develop and retain its workforce through having a pay structure and benefits package that rewards staff appropriately.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience of developing and delivering reward and recognition projects that drive the attraction and retention, and motivation of all staff
  • Experience of participating in pay and grading reviews including formal pay awards
  • Sound working knowledge of employment legislation and experience of interpreting this for practical application in the workplace
  • Results oriented with a strong drive to deliver at pace with an excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills - both oral and written - as well as excellent influencing skills, coaching and credibility at senior level
  • Analytical, focused and innovative problem solving mind-set with the ability to use metrics and data to inform solutions
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Chartered Member of CIPD (Human Resource Management)
