Information Analyst - Initial 2 Months - £20-22ph Inside IR35 - Crystal Palace

Our Public Sector client is looking for an Information Analyst to support the Management and Performance team in developing and delivering its services through the provision and analysis of timely and accurate data and functional activity.

Duties:

  • To maintain and develop routine information reports and support the monitoring and analysis of activity and expenditure across the services to ensure that the operational service managers and commissioners have accurate and timely information on which to plan and provide services.
  • To contribute to the development of the service and the production of a commissioning strategy through the provision and analysis of information estimating the demand for RSRS as a result of population changes, current and future commissioning intentions or innovation within practices.
  • To be responsible for the collection, analysis and processing of key activity data from external providers with whom the service has contracts to enable proper contract monitoring to be carried out by the Heads of Service and the Business and Administration Service Manager.
  • To produce monthly monitoring reports for the Management and Performance Team which specify the activity performance and cost.
  • Produce accurate information on the activity and cost of all services purchased by each area to enable the Senior Performance and Improvement Manager to manage the contracts with other areas and external providers and ensure that the service recovers income for all of the work it carries out.
  • Provide information on the service that supports the Head of Service, Centre Manager and the Senior Commissioning and Business Development Manager to review services and implement, monitor and evaluate the commissioning strategy.
  • Ensuring problems with information are drawn to the attendance of the Centre Manager and the Senior Commissioning and Business Development Manager to ensure that our information systems are up to date and the information within them is accurate.
