IT - Support - Service Desk - Helpdesk - call logging - troubleshooting - PC - Laptop - Window
We have fantastic contracting opportunity for an experienced IT Technician to work as the first point on an IT support desk.
This is a 12-week contract based on site for our Edinburgh based public sector client.
You will be required to log and resolve calls of users for IT issues, the aim to do resolve calls on initial call but where this is not possible you will pass this to 2nd line support team.
- Previous experience of working in an IT helpdesk environment
- Excellent IT and customer service skills
- Previous call logging and troubleshooting experience
- Previous experience of supporting PC's, Windows and IT systems
- Excellent communications skills
- ITIL Foundation awareness or certification
