We have an exciting 6-month contract role live in either Edinburgh or Glasgow (flexible in location) for an experienced Lean Agile Coach.

Our client is undergoing an unprecedented greenfield programme of digital transformation and is looking to take on high-skilled and experienced contractors to ensure that the programme develops in the most optimal way.

This role will involve working closely with a variety of skilled IT contracting professionals to embed an agile culture by utilising a wide range of agile and lean methodologies and frameworks while remaining objective.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a cutting-edge organisation who has attracted contracting staff from across the UK.

Applicants should note that this role falls in-scope of IR35 legislation.

Essential:

  • Expert-level understanding of different agile and lean approaches including all supporting context - behaviours, governance, processes and culture
  • Evidence of successfully embedding agile tools and techniques across fast-paced, digital organisations
  • A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of agile product and software development and the necessary enablers to cultivate an agile organisation
  • Experience with agile governance for service design
  • Experience defining portfolio, programme, and project structures to align with digital services delivery
  • A proven track record influencing organisation-wide processes, not limited to individual teams
  • Experience working on large-scale, greenfield programmes would be highly advantageous

Applicants for this role should either hold or be willing to apply for a Basic Disclosure Scotland certificate.
