Member Experience Manager

Canary Wharf

Up to £55k DOE

A Customer Experience Manager positon based in Canary Wharf has become available. Financial Services experience would be desirable but above all, you will have the the ability to critically analyse, consider improvements and execute change to the customer's user journey.

Experience and technical skills

  • Excellent critical analysis, insight and recommendations
  • Experience of working with customers to understanding their needs
  • Solid experience of promoting and implementing change to improve customer experience
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Strong Stakeholder Management
  • Attention to detail
