Job Description

Online Support - IT Help desk - Contract

2 Months - Sheffield

Online Support - IT Administration

Experience and knowledge required;

  • Process driven and able to work on their own
  • Receive an estimated 50,000 emails during these 2 months for things from password resets, accounts expired, options not visible and Administrator changes to accounts
  • Be able to work at a very quick pace and be able to pick things up quickly
  • Process driven role and any mistake can result in security breaches so a keen eye for detail is essential

IT Skills are also needed from basics of Outlook to assessing problems logging in etc.

  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • IT literate
  • Adaptable and resilient, the role will encompass a broad range of tasks and responsibilities and duties will vary over time
