Project Manager - Health & Safety Culture Change
12 months Fixed Term Contract
Salary up to £38,000 (plus generous holiday and pension benefits)
Highly experienced Project Manager required for an initial 12 month contract, leading a high profile project focused on improving the health, safety and well-being across this large utilities organisation, based in Glasgow.
It is essential that all applicants must have previous experience as a Project Manager, managing large scale business focused projects relating to culture and behavioural change.
Previous experience of embedding culture and process change into a large organisation that is involved in project delivery using it's own people (and sub-contractors) is also a major requirement of this post.
Detailed knowledge of Health & Safety legislation is highly desirable.
Experience of working with a diverse range of Senior stakeholders in large, complex project delivery environments is essential.
This role is largely Glasgow Based, with travel throughout Central Belt also required.
Driving Licence and own Car is mandatory.
