Job Description

Purchase Order Clerk, 3 month Contract, Newport

We are looking for a Purchase Order Clerk to be part of a busy support office.

The role:

  • Purchase Order management
  • Monitor Timer Database Extracts
  • Investigate transaction Queries
  • Purchase order creation, receipting and housekeeping
  • Support business areas with costs analysis
  • Support expenditure approval process and capture changes against profile

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience in working collaboratively
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with senior management and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work on your own initiative, coping with the demands of a fast-paced challenging environment
  • Experience of providing information to stakeholders using all methods of effective communication skills
  • Experience of Excel (ideally)
