Resourcing Officer - 6-months - £130 per day

We here at Parity have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Resourcing Officer to join our public sector client on a 6-month interim. You will have great experience with e-recruitment systems and be able to manage recruitment campaigns.

Main Duties

  • Ensuring day to day recruitment campaigns are run efficiently, accurately and on time whilst managing customer expectations.
  • Providing clear communication, expert advice and guidance to the hiring manager for running internal and external recruitment.
  • Handling enquires from a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Operating effectively within the Civil Service Recruitment Principles.
  • Running recruitment campaigns using the e-recruitment system.
  • Producing resourcing metrics to senior managers and the Civil Service Commission when required.
  • Ensuring recruitment activities are adding value to the business by working with external providers to ensure suitable advertising and selection methods are used
