Job Description

A diverse company involved in many different industries; whilst maintaining a large presence in all is currently recruiting. They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5 years of commercial experience to join their strong team.
The Engineer must have proven experience of delivering quality software in multiple languages (Predominantly C#.Net) with an expertise in the Microsoft stack deploying software in the Microsoft Azure Cloud. You will be joining a great team deploying solutions and bringing their own ideas into the team. You will be building and maintaining software using .NETCore with Docker containers within an Azure infrastructure.
In addition to being a strong developer, a working knowledge of the underlying infrastructure, APIs and data management will be highly advantageous. In a start-up culture of collaboration, iterative evolution and rapid deployment, an understanding of SDLC, CI, CD and containerisation along with a DevOps mentality are advantageous.
The team are very knowledgeable so, the expectation that you want to learn to advance your skills quickly in a vibrant, lively environment will need to be present.
As a senior developer in the team, we would expect you to have high levels of experience in the core skills and the ambition to want to make a real difference in the team, experience running projects and people.
