Job Description

SERVICE DESK ANALYST / 1st LINE SUPPORT ANALYST / HELPDESK ENGINEER - 8 WEEKS

Our Ayr based client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Service Desk Engineer for an initial 8 weeks.

The successful candidate will;

  • Reset passwords and unlock accounts
  • Handle support calls via telephone, email and self-service routes
  • Input calls into the Helpdesk system
  • Assign calls to the most appropriate repair agent
  • Release quarantined emails
  • Basic account management (e.g. account creation and deletion and disabling accounts)
  • Basic troubleshooting skills (e.g. fault diagnosis)
  • Alerting ICT Management to all major ICT incidents

Hours are;

Mon-Thurs 08:45-16:45 with 50 minutes for lunch

Fri 08:45-16:00 with 50 minutes for lunch
