Service Desk Team Lead, Ideally CTC/SC Cleared, London, 3 Months, £225 - £250 P/D

Currently looking for an experienced Service Desk Team Lead, Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm. To be succesful you will have come from a strong 2nd line support background and have a strong understanding of the following technologies: Mac OS, Windows 8.1, Google Apps, iOS, WiFi, Android, Microsoft Office 2013.

You will also have the following skills/experience:-

  • Build relationships with users
  • Managing a team of up to 30.
  • A good understanding of service desk challenges
  • Proven experience of using remote desktop support tools
  • Proven experience of supporting more than one company from the same service desk
  • Broad understanding of IT infrastructures an advantage
  • A logical approach to problem solving
  • Experience of working in a corporate IT service management environment
  • Preferably you will hold a minimum of CTC/SC Clearance.
