UD Group - Support Manager

The Role:

This role will have you managing a dedicated team of engineers acting as a first point of escalation for unresolved or escalated incidents/requests for technical support to internal staff. You will be working with 1st & 2nd line support with access to a 3rd line team when necessary, this role will also require daily customer contact so confidence is key!


  • Ability to take a leadership role in IT Incident escalations
  • Knowledge of working in an ITIL environment
  • Managing incidents including setting business expectations and communication
  • Customer service driven mentality and service transition experience
  • Understanding of SLA monitoring, root cause analysis, reporting, trends & continuous improvement.
  • Work history within a software company
