Training Development Lead, Fareham, 12 Month Contract

My client is looking for an experienced Training Development Lead to manage a small team to support the implementation of an independent training review already carried out. The Training Lead will need to familiarise themselves with the recommendations of the training review and translate this into a workable strategy of revolutionising training.

Rate: £300-£400 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 12 Momths
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Start Date: ASAP

***Please note this role falls inside of IR35***

To be successful for the role you will have: -

• A proven track record developing and implementing a new system of training
• Experience with new training concepts
• Demonstrable experience implementing a range of training methods such as e-learning, classroom, online social, video instruction
• A strong background overcoming difficulty associated with the introduction of new technology
